At the completion of this course, students will be able to: write letters, conduct interviews, make phone calls for information, write a journal, speak to a teacher about their study, write descriptions, listen to an interview, then write notes and a report, practise pronunciation, collect information from the local library, then write a report.

This course involves a pre-enrolment assessment.
