TAFE PLUS courses are commercial and competitively priced. In most cases the course fee you pay includes all expenses for the course, except travel and accommodation costs, if required.

TAFE PLUS courses are usually developed for a specific industry or community need allowing students to fast track the training they require. You can enrol into a TAFE PLUS course with OTEN at anytime.

Unlike other TAFE NSW courses, you are not bound by standard enrolment dates. The duration of your TAFE PLUS course is outlined on your Course Information Leaflet.

As a student enrolled into a TAFE PLUS course you can take advantage of many of the services OTEN provides. TAFE PLUS course differ from the normal TAFE NSW enrolment conditions. You may:

• enrol at any time of the year
• there are no exemptions from payment of fees or concessions
• there are no course and/or college transfers
• there is no co-enrolment with another TAFE NSW college
• there are no refunds, once enrolled. However, a substitute delegate may participate. If we cancel a course, you will be notified in writing and your fee will be refunded.

You are required to comply with TAFE NSW instructions and rules such as those outlined in student responsibilities.

Through OTEN's TAFE PLUS courses, we are continually researching and developing training in response to new legislation or technologies. We help individuals to develop their careers and skills, or to meet the changing requirements of their employment. We also work closely with corporate, small business, and government clients to develop customised courses, specific to that group's needs. Our training solutions are innovative and hands-on, and are often developed in partnership with business.

Standard enrolment conditions and time frames do not apply to TAFE PLUS Courses.
